Before you can send an eMail in QBIS you must enter your eMail server settings into the system. You can do this by clicking on Administration at the top of QBIS and then clicking on Account Settings. Here you will see fields to enter your eMail server details into. These are the address of your eMail server, a log in name, a password and the default “from” eMail address to use. If you don't know these, then ask your eMail server provider for this information.

QBIS is a web based application. This means, hopefully, all you need is a modern browser. A keyboard. And a mouse!

After you have logged in to QBIS you will see the main home page. From here you can access various areas by clicking on one of the buttons at the top of the screen.

Searching allows you to explore links and relationships within your QBIS database.

For example, you may want to search for a contact and then find all the tasks, notes, companies, etc that are associated with them.

To do this, go to the Home page or else select the “Search” option on the Utilities menu. Now enter a keyword in the Search box and click Search.

The QBIS pricing system charges micropayments on a Pay as You Use basis, so if you only use 75 pence of service for a week, that’s all you pay!

You also don't have to pay anything to look at or amend any of your data in QBIS. So if you create 100 contacts, that will cost you a pound. But if you only ever look at them again, or just change them, that's free.

The QBIS Sales Management tool is a sales and lead-tracking Web based application. QBIS is also admirably suited to track and manage most business processes, where security, audit tracking and multiple project management are crucial. Unlike most other software offerings, QBIS does not force organisations to adapt their internal processes to fit in with the solution.
