Making a manual call

Select the company you are dialling out as by selecting the appropriate name in the Company drop down list. For example, to dial out as “Fred Smiths Plumbing Inc” you would click the list and then click on that company.

Now enter the number you wish to dial in the phone number box by either typing the number into the box or clicking the numbers on the dial pad.

Then click the call button in the dialpad:
